This Nutcracker General is from the Nutcracker series. The nutcrackers are made by hand in the traditional and loving way in the Seiffener Volkskunst e.G. show workshop.The Nutcracker General has a stocky shape that gives him a certain robustness and authority. His noble uniform is in a rich green, accentuated by red decorations that run along the front. The shoulders are accentuated by gold epaulettes that add a touch of military splendor. A gold belt wraps around his waist and holds a small but detailed saber that hangs discreetly at his side and underlines his military rank.His face is expressive, with blue eyes that watchfully look into the distance and a distinctive moustache that towers over his mouth. The mouth is mobile and striking, with a row of white teeth arranged in a wide grin. This movable part of the mouth is also covered with soft, grey artificial hair, which can also be found under his imposing black hat.
